We were delighted to welcome Mark Quaye, Director of Marque Wealth Management and John Woolley, Joint MD of Technical Connections to talk us through how to become more tax efficient regarding second properties, especially buy to lets. They presented various options which are available to decrease the amount of income tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax which may be liable to be paid.
