We were very fortunate to secure an excellent speaker in Judith Kark, MBACP, a qualified integrative counsellor accredited by the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists, to join with our panel of BACFI committee members: Rebecca Dix, Gaynor Wood and Grant Warnsby. Subjects such as dealing with the commute into work, leaving children at home, managing a team under the current circumstances and changing jobs at this uncertain time were discussed, with Judith providing some very useful strategies on how to cope and manage you own anxieties whilst trying to be there for your colleagues too.
